Autumn

It's that time of year again. The leaves are changing and the nights are becoming cooler. Today, the 3 older boys and I went on a lovely Fall fieldtrip. It included a pumpkin patch, corn mazes, hayride, feeding the ducks, and a foddershock teepee. What a hot, but fun afternoon!!!

First activity - a small haybale maze. The boys loved chasing each other and their friends in one side and out another.

Just above the maze was a kennel. Guess what was inside? Two cute little "oinkers."

Ball toss

Next, the kids tossed corn to the ducks. What with all the bits and pieces of husk and silk being blown back in our faces, it was kind of hard to see.

Goodbye, ducks:)

(This pic is Sean's favorite, taken by none other than himself)

This was the foddershock teepee found in the center of the giant cornfield maze. I just couldn't wait to see it and to GET OUT!!! It was sooooo hot!!!

Time for the HAYRIDE!!!!!

What handsome young men!!!

And another one!!!

Totally enjoying his ride to the.....

..... Pumpkin patch.

Here they could roam far and wide until they each found their "perfect pumpkin."

Here is mine...

.... and mine

... and last, but not least, MINE!!!

I wish I could find a pumpkin patch :) Caleb found a stuffed pumpkin at Hobby Lobby that he LOVES. I understand about moving baby. Caleb just moved into his own room off of a pallet in our room (we didn't have room in our old place). Stephen sleeps in bed with us, so I'm going to have trouble moving him out for awhile. lol
